We do not recommend the use of ATMs, as they have the lowest rates and they don't perform exchange of cash, instead you need a bank card. This makes them very uncomfortable and not very useful.
We recommend exchanging euros while in Poland, as the rates are more favourable, plus there's a lot of places in Poland that accept euros as payment, so they can be of great use while you're there.
