Currency Information on Polish Zloty - PLN - Polish Zloty – zl
‘Zloty’ mean ‘golden’ in polish. The zloty is subdivided into 100 grosz (plural grosz).
The zloty was redenominated in the early 1995 and 10,000 old zlotych was revalued at 1 new zloty. The currency has remained stable since revaluation.
Coins are available in denominations of 1gr, 2gr, 5gr, 10gr, 20gr, 50gr, 1zł, 2zł, 5zł, and banknotes are issued in denominations of 10zł, 20zł, 50zł, 100zł, 200zł.
