RULES AND DEFINITIONS

"Company" shall mean Compare Money Transfer. ( www.comparemoneytransfer.co.uk ) including any of its affiliated entities, an organisation marketing prepaid cards and products and services to consumers through independent Affiliates. The stated terms and conditions apply to all of the Company's Independent Affiliates. The Company, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject any Independent Affiliate application.

"Affiliate" shall mean an Affiliate who is an individual or entity that: (I) has accepted and agreed to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of the Company's Affiliate Agreement (the "Agreement") and (ii) has been accepted by the Company as an Affiliate. The Affiliate shall have legal capacity and shall have attained legal age to work and enter into contracts in the state or other authoritative locale in which the Affiliate markets the Company's and Providers' products and services.

YOU MUST READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE BEFORE USING THIS SITE. If you use the Compare Money Transfer web sites, www.comparemoneytransfer.co.uk or www.comparemoneytransfer.com, (the "Site" or Sites), you are agreeing to abide by all of the provisions set forth in this Agreement between you and Compare Money Transfer.

Compare Money Transfer is based Basilica House, Wickford, Essex SS1 8QS. Compare Money Transfer makes no claims that the Content (see Section 2.1) is appropriate or that it may be downloaded or used outside of the United Kingdom. Access to the Content or Product (see Section 2.3) may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. Compare Money Transfer may change, add, or remove portions of this Agreement at any time, but if it does so, it will post such changes on the site.

Compare Money Transfer may discontinue, change, or suspend any aspect of the site at any time. Compare Money Transfer may change, discontinue, or suspend the availability of any database, Content, feature, or Product of the Site. Compare Money Transfer may impose limits on features, including services, use, or restrict your access to parts or the entire Site without notice or liability. Any such amendments or modifications shall become effective immediately upon the Company's posting on the Compare Money Transfer Websites unless another effective date is specified. Each Affiliate reaffirms the Acceptance of this Agreement with Company, as modified, upon each and every occasion that the Affiliate uses the Fee-Free Website and specifically when accepting, endorsing or negotiating the monthly compensation payments issued and delivered by Company to the Affiliate.

From time to time and without prior notice, Compare Money Transfer reserves the right to change products and services and/or modify pricing of products and services that are offered by the Company. Any such changes or modifications shall become effective immediately upon the Company's posting on the Compare Money Transfer Websites unless another effective date is specified.

Compare Money Transfer CONTENT & PRODUCT

The Content and Product contained in the Site are intended for your informational, demonstration, and shopping purposes only. All materials on the Site (including, but not limited to articles, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, graphics, sound, music, text, demonstration programs, downloadable items, software and underlying code, also known as the "Content") are protected by copyright, and owned or controlled by Compare Money Transfer or the party credited as the provider of the Content. None of the Content or Product may be resold or redistributed without the prior written consent of Compare Money Transfer except that you may reproduce as provided herein.
Content or Product is subject to change without notice at the sole discretion of Compare Money Transfer. If you violate any of the provisions contained in this Agreement, your permission to use the Content or Product automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of any portion of the Content or Product.
You may download or copy the Content, in accordance with the provisions contained by the site for information, demonstration, and shopping purposes only, provided that each such copy contain the copyright notice as it appears in the original Content or Product. PAYMENT TERMS

Commissions
Affiliate Commissions are based upon the following commission tables listed on our web site or agreed as part of your customer order.

Definitions:
Customers: Account holders and end users of Compare Money Transferproducts or services other than Affiliate; the owners, officers, and directors of affiliate; and any person or entity affiliated with Affiliate.
New Orders: New Commissions are defined as sales generated from Customers whom are brand new accounts to Compare Money Transfer. In order to receive commission's consumers must pay for the service online through your scheduled link.

TRANSMISSION
Compare Money Transfer IS IN NO WAY LIABLE FOR TRANSMISSION FAILURE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE FAILURE, DELAY, INTERRUPTION OR CORRUPTION OF ANY DATA OR OTHER INFORMATION TRANSMITTED IN CONNECTION WITH USE OF THE SITE. INFORMATION IS TRANSMITTED OVER MANY DIFFERENT EXCHANGES, THE INTERNET, ROUTERS, CARRIER LINES, AND LOCAL AND LONG DISTANCE PHONE COMPANIES AND INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS. THESE DEVICES ARE MAINTAINED, SERVICED, AND OWNED BY THIRD PARTIES. THEIR MAINTAINANCE AND SERVICE IS OUT OF THE CONTROL OF Compare Money Transfer.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Compare Money Transfer, its officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries, Customers, Partners, Suppliers, and Affiliates (the "Indemnified Parties"), from and against any and all liability, costs, and settlements, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and accounting fees, incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach of this User Agreement by you or any user of any account assigned to you, whether such user is authorized or unauthorized. Compare Money Transfer will promptly provide notice to you of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and, at your expense, will reasonably cooperate with you in your handling of such matter.

All inquiries regarding the linking sites should be directed to those sites. We provide links to other web sites that we think may be of interest to our users. TERMINATION

Compare Money Transfer may, in its sole discretion terminate your account at anytime. Affiliates also have the option of terminating their accounts at any time with written notice. To terminate your account, send an e-mail to: sales@comparemoneytransfer.co.uk
Compare Money Transfer may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the site for any reason. Such reasons for termination include, without limitation, breach of this Agreement or if your conduct is unlawful or is harmful to the interest of Compare Money Transfer and/or its Customers, Partners, Suppliers, or Affiliates.

CHOICE OF FORUM
By agreeing to this User Agreement, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any and all disputes with Compare Money Transfer resides in the United Kingdom and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the United Kingdom in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving Compare Money Transfer its employees, officers, and directors.

SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this User Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the User Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.

WAIVER
No waiver of any of these provisions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.

FORCE MAJEURE
Compare Money Transfer is not liable for failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to causes beyond its control, such as natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omission, laws or regulations, labor strikes or difficulties, computer viruses, war, transportation stoppages or slowdowns or the inability to procure Content, information, service, carriers, Product, Software, or Demonstrations. If any of these causes continue to prevent or delay performance for more than 180 days, you may terminate this Agreement, effective immediately upon notice to Compare Money Transfer.

COMPLETE AGREEMENT
These provisions constitute the entire Agreement between you and Compare Money Transfer with respect to the use of this Site and any Software, Content, or Product contained therein,
